1.       Learned counsel for the petitioner electricity distribution corporation submits, on instructions, that the electricity distribution corporation is ready and willing to comply with the impugned Order dated 11.11.2014 of the State Commission. Mr. Mukesh Salvi, Assistant Engineer in the petitioner electricity distribution corporation, present in person, confirms.  Learned counsel further submits that this instant case may not be treated as a precedent. 

2.       In the wake of the above submissions, the instant petition no. 517 of 2015 is rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such. The Order of the State Commission shall be complied with within six weeks from today. This shall not be a precedent.

3.       Mr. Mukesh Salvi, Assistant Engineer in the petitioner electricity distribution corporation submits that the necessary compliance will be made within the stipulated period of six weeks from today.  The submission is recorded.  The petitioner electricity distribution corporation shall be bound by the afore submission.

4.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the petition and to their learned counsel within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
