On verification of case record it is found that due to continuous absent and non removal of defects the case is pending since long for removal of defects. Since the date of filing of this complaint , the complainant neither appeared nor took any steps for removal of the defects for which the case is pending for admission. As the complaint is not taking any steps ,it is presumed that the complainant is not interested to p[proceed with this case. Hence the complaint petition is rejected and the case is disposed off accordingly.
