Complainant appeared and filed a  petition stating hearing that he do it to proceed further in this case because he has setteled his matter outside the court with the OPP, So he may be permitted to withdraw this case. Complainant also filed his addhar card along with his petitions.

                In the light of settlement arrived at between the parties the case is dismissed as withdrawn. Office is directed to keep the record in the record room .
