ORDER:                     

               The file taken up today on the application moved on behalf of the Decree Holder. The Decree Holder has made a statement that She withdraws the present execution petition being fully satisfied. Her statement has been recorded in this regard separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the Decree Holder, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as having been fully satisfied. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
