Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

Complainant is absent today and no show cause is filed.

None appears from the side of the O.Ps.

It appears from the case record that the complainant appeared before this Commission on 24/02/2023 at the time of the admission hearing of this case.

But thereafter, he did not turn up on several dates even did not take any steps for issuance of fresh notice upon the O.Ps.

He is directed to file show cause but he did not turn up.

The conduct of the complainant presumed that the matter has been settled out the side of the Commission so there is no need to proceed further.

Hence, it is;

that the instant case be and the same is dismissed for default without cost.
