Total claimed amount of the complainant is Rs.35,917/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventeen) only and awarded amount is Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) only.

The opposite parties furnished a Demand Draft bearing no.266896 dated 10/02/2023 for Rs.25,000/- in favour of the complainant.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant files Letter of Authority by which it has been authorized Amrita Kumar to receive demand draft on signing money receipt.

The demand draft bearing no.266896 dated 10/02/2023 be handed over to Amrita Kumar,  the Ld. Advocate of the complainant against  proper receipt.

Thus, the consumer case is disposed of.
