1.                Learned counsel for the appellants has made a statement that she may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal as the compromise has been effected in between the parties.

2.                In pursuance of respective statement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                Statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the appellants against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.
