1. Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. (DHFL), Gulati Building no.227, Basement and Ground Floor, Sector-12, Part-1, Karnal, District Karnal, through its Branch Manager/ Authorized Signatory.

2. Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. (DHFL), near Haryana Gramin Bank, SCO no.180, Sector 17,  HUDA, Jagadhri, District Yamuna Nagar, through its Branch Manager/Authorized Signatory.

                   At the stage  complainant made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint on account of technical defect, seeking permission to file afresh on the same cause of action.    

                 In view of the statement of complainant the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with a permission to file a fresh on the same cause of action. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
