             Shri Parag Kale, learned counsel for the appellant.

              As per order dated 20.09.2024, pre-deposit receipt u/s 41 of the C.P.Act was to be furnished within 7 days.

               But compliance of the above mentioned order was done by the appellant on 01.10.2024, which is not within the stipulated period of time.   

              In the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 20.09.2024, without further reference to the Bench.
