Vide order dated 4.11.2011 passed by this Commission, petitioner was directed to deposit the costs of Rs.10,000/- each, in the above eight petitions, within a period of four weeks. That order has not been complied with. Under these circumstances, the District Forum concerned, is directed to recover the costs imposed upon the petitioner, in accordance with law and send the compliance report thereafter, within four weeks to this Commission.
