This complaint coming on before us for final hearing on this day, in the presence of Sri L.Srinivasulu, Advocate for the Complainant, and Sri K.Anantha Reddy, Advocate for Opposite Party No.3, and the Opposite Parties No.1 and 2 having been set exparte, and on perusing the material papers on record, the Forum passed the following:
ORDER
The counsel for the Complainant filed a memo withdrawing the case as not pressed. Hence the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
