Presued record, pursis filed by Complainant and Compromise deed it appears that matter is settled both the parties. Further Complainant does not want to proceed against accused.

Considering the factual development and settlement both parties accused is acquitted acquitted u/s 72 of C.P. Act  and Case is disposed of accordingly. 

                                                               ORDER  

       1)      Execution Application is dismissed as withdrawn. 

       2)      No order as to costs.

       3)      Accused is released from offence u/s 72 of Consumer Protection Act 2019.

       4)      The bail bonds executed if any by accused stands cancelled.

       5)      Certified copy of this order be supplied to both parties free of cost.
