1. No response from the petitioner even on repeated calls. 2. Perusal of the order sheet reveals that none has been appearing for petitioner since last so many consecutive dates. Registry is continuously reporting that the defects have not been cured and the opportunity in that regard is being continuously granted to the petitioner but adequate steps have not been taken so far. The proceedings dated 17.02.2023 may be quoted hereinbelow: None present for the Petitioner. Registry has reported that the defects have not been cured, both, in Physical as well as in the E-daakhil file. The Petitioner / Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner shall cure the defects and upload the complete E-daakhil (defect-free) file, in the E-daakhil portal, within a period of four weeks. List the matter before the Hon’ble Bench for admission hearing on 20.04.2023, if the defects are cured, and the complete E-daakhil (defect-free) file is uploaded or else before the Registrar. Later on, Mr. Adarsh Raghuvanshi, Proxy Counsel on behalf of Mr. Ajay Kumar Dubey, Advocate has put in appearance and he has been apprised of today’s Proceedings. 3. 4. Yet again on 02.06.2023 nothing improved. Proceedings dated 02.06.2023 is quoted hereinbelow: None present for the Petitioner. Registry has reported that the defects have not been cured. The Petitioner/Learned Counsel for the Petitioner shall cure the defects within a period of four weeks. List the matter before the Hon’ble Bench for admission hearing on 24.07.2023, if the defects are cured or else before the Registrar. |

5. On the last date i.e. 24.07.2023 also the situation was not different than before. The proceedings dated 24.07.2023 is quoted hereinbelow: None present for the Petitioner. Registry has reported that the defects have not been cured, both, in Physical as well as in the E-daakhil file. In view of the intra office note dated 17.05.2022, list the matter before the Hon’ble Bench No. 1 for admission hearing on 31.08.2023, if the defects are cured and the complete E-daakhil (defect-free) file is uploaded or else for directions. In the meanwhile, the Petitioner / learned Counsel for the Petitioner shall cure the defects and upload the complete E-daakhil (defect-free) file in the E-daakhil Portal. 6. Even today none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, neither the counsel nor proxy counsel nor anybody else is present on its behalf. 7. It appears to be a clear case of non-prosecution. Lack of earnestness on the part of the petitioner is not allowing the Commission to proceed further. Hence petition stands dismissed in non-prosecution. 8. The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to all parties in the petition. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately. |
