ORDER

Per Mr.P.N.Kashalkar, Hon’ble Presiding Judicial Member

In this appeal we heard counsel for the appellant (dealer of the vehicle).  Assistant Manager(Legal) makes a statement before this Commission that Respondent no.2 is willing to give new car to respondent no.1/original complainant at Karad as per order passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum on respondent no.1 giving back defective vehicle within a period of one month from today.  In view of this statement, appeal does not survive for consideration.  Appellant who is dealer is not supposed to do anything in compliance of the order because the order has been complied by the Manufacturer-M/s.Premier Ltd. Hence the following order:-

                                                ORDER

1.     Appeal stands disposed of.

2.     Appellant has deposited Rs.25,000/- in the office of State Commission.  The said amount be given back to the appellant immediately.

3.     Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
