Per Mr. M. K. Walchale, Hon’ble President :-

            When this case came up for hearing on admission on 06-04-2016 and on perusal thereof, it was found that the agreement between Complainant and Opposite Party was an important document which is not filed by the Complainant in this case, so the order directing  the Complainant to produce loan agreement has been passed on 06-04-2016.   Thereafter,  though more than sufficient time has been given the complainant has not filed the loan agreement.  After more than one month from the date of passing of the order he on 13-05-2016 has given the application to the OP of supply of copy of loan agreement.  However, he has not taken steps for a long time to supply the order dt. 06-04-2016.  In view of the above, application will have to be dismissed as per the following order.

ORDER

1. The Complaint Application is dismissed for want of

    compliance of  the order dt. 06-04-2016.

2. The liberty is given to the Complainant to file fresh subject to the limitation after he gets the copy of the loan agreement.
