On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after 17.01.2020. several consecutive hearings. In the interest of justice, complainanat was telephonically informed on 17/02/2023 thereafter matter listed on 10/04/2023 as well as today it seems that complainant is not interested. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation.
