Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner institution shall refund the entire fee amount to the respondent as a special case, as the student had committed suicide after two months of taking the admission. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner, order under appeal is set aside. Petitioner is directed to refund the entire amount deposited by the respondent without interest, after deducting the amount already refunded to the respondent, within 4 weeks. In view of this, the direction given by the State Commission to pay the interest, compensation and costs are set aside. Since we are passing this order without issuing Notice to the respondent to save litigation costs, liberty is reserved with the respondent to move an application for revival of the case, in case he is not satisfied with this order. Revision Petition stands disposed of accordingly. Copy of this order be given Dasti to the counsel for the petitioner. Copy of this order be also sent to the respondent.
