Parties are present. 
Heard both the sides in full in respect of the petition filing by the o.p. challanging the maintainability of the case.
Considered the ptn. Perused the ptn. filing by the o.p,. and complaiannt did not file any written objection.
From the petition of complaint Page -2 bottom, we find that the address of the o.p. has been shown under P.S. Tapsia and Desun Hospital falls within P.S. Tiljala and Tiljala P.S. does not fall within the territorail jurisdiction of this Forum.
In view of the findings above, instant complaint stands rejected for want of territorial juridiction.
Complaiannt is given liberty to file the case afresh before the appropriate Forum on self same cause of action.
Let certified copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.
