        Heard ld. lawyer for the complainant.

        We have gone through the entire materials on record and we find that the subject matter of the case is a plot of land and the case like instant one does not fall within the ambit and scope of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and the complainant cannot be construed as a ‘consumer’ as defined in the said Act.

        In view of the above findings, instant case cannot be entertained by this Forum.

        Ordered,

        Instant complaint stands rejected.

        Complainant is at liberty to agitate the issue before the appropriate Forum on the self same cause of action.

        A plain copy of this order be supplied to the ld. lawyer for the complainant free of cost.
