                Sh. S.C.Jindal, Advocate, counsel for complainant.

               

                        Today the case was fixed for evidence of the complainant, however, counsel for the complainant as well as Sh. Gurmeet Singh, Advocate, President, Bar Association, Jagadhri made a statement recorded separately that they do not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
