Complainant absent.  Counsel for the complainant submits that he has no instruction from the complainant.  Though the case is posted for recording exparte evidence, the complainant is not turning up and adducing exparte evidence.

The document produced along with the complaint is only an unattested copy of a receipt showing that the complainant has contributed to Limited liability partnership firm which is not a fixed deposit receipt.  Hence we are of the view that there is no merit in the complaint and the same is only to be dismissed.

In the result complaint stands dismissed.

          No costs
