Hence notice was issued to the complainant to appear today.  Despite acceptance of the notice from the Commission to appear today, the complainant remained absent.  No representation also.  Hence it is deemed that the complainant is not interested in proceeding with the complaint.  In view of the above, the complaint is dismissed for default.
