Complainant absent represented.  Complainant’s counsel today submits that there is no instruction from the complainant.  It is to be noted that for the last 2 postings the case is adjourned for producing the correct address of opposite party No.1&2 but so far not adduced the same by the complainant. 

In the circumstances we are of the view that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this complaint.  Hence the complaint stands dismissed.
