Complainant absent. Counsel expressed no instruction when the case is posted for recording exparte order. Hence we are of the view that the complainant is not interested in adducing any oral evidence. The documents produced are unattested photo copies of certificate of contribution to limited liability partnership which are not fixed deposits. Contributing to the limited liability partnership means become partners of the firm and they are not consumers of the firm. Hence the present complaint is not maintainable.
In the result complaint stands dismissed.
No costs.
