Complainant absent. Counsel for the complainant represented that he has no instruction when the case is posted for recording exparte evidence with no further time order. The documents produced along with the complainant are only unattested photocopies of fixed deposit receipt. The original of those fixed deposit receipts are not available. Hence the photocopy cannot be accepted. There is absolutely no evidence to prove the case.
In the result complaint stands dismissed.
