Final Order / Judgement

Petitioner has preferred the review petition to correct the mistake passed in the judgment dated 30.3.2024. Petitioner has stated that the stolen vehicle was insured at the value Rs.315000 whereas the awarded dated 30.3.2024 has been passed at the value Rs.850000 of the stolen vehicle and it is an error apparent on the face of the record.
Op filed has not file any objection despite of sufficient service of the notice.
Heard and perused the record.
It is evident from the record that the vehicle was insured at the value of Rs.315000 as per certificate of insurance cum policy schedule available on the record and thus apparently the judgment has been passed at the wrong value of the vehicle insured by the insurance company and the mistake is liable to be cured by substituting the amount Rs.850000 by the amount Rs.315000.
Review Petition is hereby allow as per direction made above.
File be consigned to record room along with a copy of this judgment.
