Today is fixed for ex-parte hearing.

None appears from the side of the O.P.

The complainant files hazira along with a petition praying to permit him to withdraw the case on the ground mentioned in the petition.

On call the complainant is present.

Being asked he has submitted before this Forum that he does not want to proceed with this case and likes to withdraw the case.

Ground mentioned in the petition is sufficient.

Fees paid is correct.

Hence it is

                           ORDERED  

that the petition of the complaint to withdraw the case is allowed.

Accordingly the complainant is permitted to withdraw the case without cost.

The case, CC-92/2014 is thus disposed of on withdrawal.

Let copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost
