This revision petition has been filed along with an application seeking condonation of delay of 134 days which is over and above the statutory period of 90 days for filing the revision petition. Under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 the consumer fora are required to decide the case within a period of 90 days of its filing and 150 days wherein some evidence is required to be taken, in a summary manner.

-2-

The only reason given for condonation of delay is that the file was moving from table to table. We are not satisfied with the cause shown for conondation of delay. Application seeking condonation of delay is dismissed. Consequently, revision petition is dismissed as barred by time.
