ORDER

Case called.

Complainant present.

Heard the Complainant on admissibility of this complaint.

ORDER

The Complainant who is present before this forum sought for the specific relief that is to say, he has lost his job due to fake certificates issued by the university/study center. In this regard he is an innocent and have been punished/victimized by the company by terminating his employment from the company. He is fully depend on the job and he is the only earning member in their family with two daughters, aged parents and his wife. As the company also terminated him from the job, hence put in to great hardship. In this context, he requesting this forum to punish guilty person and get him original degree certificate/marks cards with reasonable compensation. The institution which has issued the certificates appears to be fake one. In this context, he had already filed the complaint before jurisdictional police to take the action. With regard to issuance of fake certificates and directing the concerned to issue original Bsc-IT certificates are concerned, this forum is not supposed to commit 2nd error as the one error already committed by the concerned study centre by issuing fake study certificates. In this context, if direction is issued for issuance of the genuine certificates, which are nothing but the replica of the fake certificates. In this context, we are of the opinion that, complaint filed by the Complainant before this forum has no legs to stand. In this context, complaint is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly it is dismissed. Anyhow, any option is left open to the Complainant to get redress his remedy before the competent court of law having got jurisdiction to try by way of seeking damages or else to take stern action in respect of issuance of fake certificates against the said education center.

2. Office is directed to return the documents if any produced by the Complainant with proper acknowledgement.
