Complainant is absent.

Case was posted today for passing necessary order. On perusal of case record and order sheets it is seen that the case was filed and registered on 20/07/2017 and till then the case is pending for S/R & W/S of O.P. The first date for filing W/S was fixed on, 30/08/2017. But the notice did not returned on that date. The Forum awaited till 21/07/2018 for return of notice. On 21/07/2018 the Forum directed the complainant to take fresh steps of notice on the O.P. fixing 04/09/2018 for S/R & W/S. But the complainant instead of taking fresh steps remained absent from appearing before the Forum/Commission since 04/09/2018till this date for long more than five years. The act and attitude of the complainant has undoubtedly signifies his/her unwillingness to proceed with the case further. So instead of continuing the proceeding, this Commission deems it fit and proper to drop the case from proceeding for non-prosecution.
