ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The o.p. shall pay a compensation of Rs.2,000/- to the complainant along with the cost of Rs.200/- within a period of 45 days from the date of the receipt of tihs order, failing which appropriate recovery proceedings shall be initiated on a petition made by the complainant in this behalf.
