The grievance of the complainant is that the Depot Holder OP No.1 stopped supplying goods without any reaons and he made complaints againsts them. It is also alleged that the complaint that OPs No.2&3 on connivance with OP No.1 fraudently got this signatures on a compromise deed. Even after the alleged compromise, OP No.1 has not supplied the depot articles to the complainant. Hence this complaint.

Today neither the complainant has appeared in person nor his counsel or authorised agent has put in his appearance. No document has also een filed by the complainant alongwith the complaint to substantiate the averments of the complaint. Otherwise also the n dispute does not raise a conumder dispute under Consumer Protection Act, 1986. The complaint is, therefore, dismissed. File be consigned.
