ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open Forum on separate sheets of paper today. The complainant's complaint is allowed. The bills dated 01.11.91, 01.03.1992, 01.07.1992 and 01.09.1992 are set aside and the opposite party is directed to issue revised fresh bills for these periods taking the gross number of calls as 3380 which figure is not inclusive of I.S.D. calls. The opposite party is also directed to refund the excess amount collected already with an interest of 10% p.a. from 21.3.94 to the date of refund. The opposite party is further directed to pay Rs.500/- as cost of prosecuting the complaint. The oposite party shall bear his own costs. Send certified copies of this order to both the parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
