The Decree Holder is represented.

Seen the petition No. 408/23 filed by Sri Bimal Kumar Agarwal, the Karta of the Decree Holder stating that after institution of instant execution application, the Judgment Debtor approached the Decree Holder and paid a sum of Rs.11,83,202/- only vide cheque No.016184 dated 07/12/2023 towards full and final satisfaction of the award dated 20/07/2023 passed by this Commission in C.P. Case No.24 of 2021. In view of the same, the Decree Holder wants to withdraw the instant execution application.

Heard the learned counsel for the Decree Holder and perused the petition. In view of the same, the petition is allowed and accordingly, the instant execution application is dismissed and disposed of on withdrawal.
