Sri Rishabh Tripathi, learned Counsel for the complainant appeared.

Heard learned Counsel for the complainant and perused complaint.

The averments made in complaint make it clear that the alleged

service in question has been obtained by complainant for commercial purpose. As such the complainant is not a consumer under Section 2(1)(d) of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 and this complaint is not maintainable under the Consumer Protection Act 1986.

In view of above, the complaint is dismissed with liberty to the complainant to raise his grievance before competent Court or Forum in accordance with law. 

Let copy of this order be made available to the complainant positively within 15 days as per rules.
