            Read order passed below Misc. Application No.08/2007 filed for Condonation of Delay.

The Complainant had filed an application for condonation of delay after 6-7 years caused in filing the complaint and the complaint is filed more than 4-5 years from the date on which cause of action has arisen. The condonation of delay application is rejected. Therefore, this complaint is dismissed as barred by law of limitation.  No order as to cost.
