On Scrutiny of records, it appears that on 17 .09.2024 the complainant was   absent without steps.  Again, on 30.10.2024, the complainant was found absent and   none appears on behalf of the complainant.  Therefore, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default and date was on 14.11.2024 & 20.11.2024.

Today, the complainant is also absent and no step is taken on his behalf.  Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint.
