On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that on 15/05/2023 complainant was appeared in person and submitted that he has not prepared to address the arguments. On 03/07/2023 complainanat was not appeared and last and final opportunity granted to complainant for addressing the arguments on admission. Today also no appearance has been entered into by the complainant. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default of appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
