ORDER

                     Counsel for OPs No.1&2 states that the order has been complied with and one year warranty of the product in question  from the date of delivery i.e. 12.8.2017 has also been given.  In this regard he has appended a note on the execution application.

                   Counsel for the complainant states that  in this view of the matter she withdraws the complaint.

                   In view of the above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  Both the parties shall remain bound by their statement.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the complainant free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
