The complaint is allowed. Opposite Party No.1 and 2 are jointly and severally hereby directed to replace the laptop (with a similar version as per the invoice) along with fresh warranty by taking back the defective laptop i.e. M.O.No.1 produced before this FORA or else refund the entire amount Rs.36,000/- (Rupees Thirty Six thousand only) paid by the Complainant.  Further pay Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) as damages and also pay Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) as cost of the litigation expenses. Compliance/Payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of this order.

In case of failure to pay the above mentioned amount within the stipulated time, the Opposite Parties are directed to pay interest at the rate of 12% per annum on the above said total amount from the date of failure till the date of payment.

The copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties and therefore the file be consigned to record.
