              Case posted to-day for appearance of the Complainant. O.P. Present through Advocates. Complainant present personally before this Forum                to-day.

The Complainant has filed a memo on 09-10-2012/ 30-10-2012 before this Forum, that he has already received the Laptop from O.P. and as such he does not want to proceed further with the case, since his grievance has already been settled amicably, out side the Court.

Hence he prayed before this Forum to drop the case and for passing of necessary orders.

We have heard the petitioner. In view of the prayer of the Complainant. We allow the memo, for disposal of his case.

Accordingly the case is disposed off being with drawn.
