Sh. Salil Sabhlok, counsel for the OPs 1 & 3 has made the following statement, recorded separately: - “The OPs 1 & 3 offers to pay Rs.11900/- (Rs.10900/- as invoice price plus Rs.1000/- as cost of litigation) to the complainant in full and final settlement of the dispute. The amount will be paid within 20 days from today”. Sh. A.K. Sharma, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: - “I accept the offer. I withdraw this complaint. I have received Rs.1000/- in cash today from the learned counsel for the OPs 1 & 3. I shall return the accessories and mobile set, in question to OPs 1 & 3 at the time of receiving of the payment of Rs.10900/-“. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, it is ordered that OPs 1 & 3 shall pay a sum of Rs.10900/- in full & final settlement of the dispute within 15 days from today, failing which the OPs 1 & 3 shall pay the above said amount along with interest @18% p.a. from the date of filing of the complaint till the date of realization. Parties shall be bound by the statements made before this Forum. Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned. |
