                     Case called several times since morning but neither the complainant nor any other person on his behalf has appeared.  It is already 4.00 pm.  Further wait is not justified. Since none has appeared on behalf of the complainant, there left no other option for the Commission except to dismiss the present complaint in default.   Accordingly, the present complaint stands dismissed in default for non-presence of the complainant. The order be communicated to the parties accordingly.
