                                                            ORDER

 

                        Case taken up today in the Lok Adalat. The matter has been settled between the parties. The complainant has stated that he has received received Rs.5000/- in cash from the OP towards full & final settlement regarding both the suits in question. He further stated that one suit is already lying with the OP and the second suit has been given today to the OP in the court and nothing is due towards the OP and hence he withdraws his complaint as satisfied. His statement to that effect and statement of counsel for OP accepting the statement of complainant has been recorded searpately. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
