           Perusal of the record shows that that complainant was not appearing before this Commission. On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after 02.7.2019. Matter is still at initial stage. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission cannot incline to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
