The learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the present complaint by submitting that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and permission be granted to him to file afresh. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.         In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to avail the efficacious remedy available under the law before the competent court/Tribunal. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room after due compliance
