1. Complainant had an important meeting with his client and decided to travel via metro to save time on 26.09.2022 via metro card bearing no.67878480 from Dwarka Sector-21. At metro station Dwarka-21, complainant attempted to enter the premise several times to board Metro premise for his destination but DMRC entrance apparatus won’t allow him and showed the error type (CSC-SV Error Adjustment) at Dwarka Sector-21 Metro Station. Complainant approached Metro Help Desk for resolution the same. The Executive HelP Desk told him the reason of exit is mismatched at the last rise travelled. So complainant could not attend his meeting and prayed for compensation of Rs.80,000/- and Rs.20,000/- for mental agony. DMRC also levied of penalty of Rs.60/- for exit mismatch error.

2. DMRC entrance apparatus i.e. AFC Gates are capable of rendering any entry/exit error and such error if reported to Customer Care Centre are dealt with DMRC Rules after collecting surcharge of Rs.60/-.

3. Complainant is self explanatory as there is error in Exit and DMRC collected Rs.60/- surcharge now DMRC Business Rules IX. There is no deficiency in service on the part of DMRC. Hence, the complaint is dismissed without any cost.
