               Today the case is fixed for written statement but the ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that the matter has been compromised between the parties, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and prayed for dismissal of the same as withdrawn.

                In view of the statement ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands disposed of being compromised. Copies of this order be supplied to the parties concerned free of cost.  File be consigned to record-room after due compliance.
