Father of the complainant present. He has filed Authority letter in
compliance of order dated 01.12.2016.  On 01.12.2016 father of the
complainant states that the matter has been settled between the
parties and  has filed copy of adjusted bill dated 19-09-2016 and
15-11-2016  along with payment receipts dated 03-10-2016 and
18-11-2016.   On 26.10.2016  counsel of OP had given statement that
the matter has been resolved and case be withdrawn  against it  and he
also  filed copies of documents i.e. receipt of payment at collection
counter amounting to Rs. 58,400.00 dated 03.10.2016  , copy of paid
bill and payment receipt issued by the DJB. Hence it appears that this
complaint is satisfied as settled and disposed off accordingly for the
 reasons mentioned above.

Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as
per law and a copy be kept on separate file. File be consigned to
record room.
