Present Counsel for the complainantalongwith complainant in person and AR on behalf of OP and filed copy of a fresh bill dated 26.10.2019.OP has revised the bill towards full & final settlement and has issued a fresh bill dated 26.10.2019 as per rebate scheme and OP shall be bound by the rebate scheme for future. The complainant vide her statement recorded on copy of bill and stated that she is fully satisfied and no other grievance is left.

In view of the above circumstances, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
